Life can be challenging and we all have experienced loss, disappointments and trauma, both large and small. These may have caused us to feel depressed or anxious or lead to feelings of inadequacy. In order to overcome these self-defeating, life-limiting thoughts and feelings, and to grow emotionally, we all need a guiding hand to teach us how to heal and grow. I have discovered that EMDR is a wonderful tool to facilitate this process. I enjoy sharing EMDR with my clients and supporting them as they regain and develop the ability to live an emotionally satisfying life. In addition to EMDR I have special training in the area of trauma, grief and loss, working with parents with young children, families with children with special needs and helping parents become the best parents they can be.
